Once your transaction is complete you will be sent an email receipt automatically. This email will act as your ticket. You can either print it or if you wish to save paper it can be shown at the venue electronically on your phone or tablet.
(If you do not receive your automatic email receipt please check your Spam/Junk file and also ensure the email you inputted or that is attached to your Paypal account is correct)
Once the transaction is complete Attic Door will also send out a manual email with further details on the production from the office. Please note that office hours are Monday - Friday. 9am - 3.30pm. If you purchase tickets out of these hours the manual email will be sent on the next available working day.
