A Christmas Carol at The Castle

  • The castle is a listed historic building - please contact us prior to booking to discuss any accessibvility requirements.

    We do not send out physical tickets for any events.

    On booking you will receive a receipt from your payment provider this can be used as your proof of purchase and ticket for the event. There is no need to bring a physical printed copy, you can use your mobile or tablet device to show the front of house staff on arrival.

    After booking is confirmed you will be sent a manual confirmation  email by our office team. Please note the office is manned 9am - 3pm Mon - Fri and it may take up to 48 hours to receive your manual confirmation. If you have not received your manual email within 5 working days of making the booking please contact the office on info@atticdoorproductions.co.uk

    NB : It is worth checking your spam folder for payment confirmation emails or manual confirmation emails prior to following up. Also please ensure if you are using Paypal that your email is up to date on your Paypal account as this is the email that will be used to send emails.

    Photography and videoing is not allowed in the Shire Hall and due to the fact that it is a working court it is a criminal offence to take photos or videos in the castle.
